Practice Director - India
Responsibilities:
- Lead the India based delivery team for the company and own the sales support process, proposal development process, staffing, delivery, and client satisfaction for the work that is performed in India
- Work closely with the USA Director of Sales and Global Practice Leader and provide technical assist in closing new business and generating new business from existing clients
- Build and manage a team of 50+ people
- Put client satisfaction and measurement processes into place
- Implement an SEI Level 5 CMM model for the work performed in India
- Assist in enhancing and improving sales collateral and corporate presentations
- Actively participate as a member of the executive leadership team, contributing in a significant way to the company’s collective mindshare
- Manage Resources from India including resources located in India, on assignment to the USA for short term and on assignment to USA for long term
Required skills/experience:
- BE/ B.Tech/ ME/M.Tech/MCA
- Proven track record of delivering professional services and projects in the PeopleSoft space using the global delivery model
- 8 to 10 years minimum delivery experience – proven leadership skills and track record in leading delivery initiatives in the PeopleSoft space using the global delivery model to support USA clients from India
- A "Can Do and Hands On" leader with strong personal values that align to our Operating Principles
- Experience in a "start-up" company and/or launching a new division/service
- Proven track record of building high-performance delivery teams. Significant hire/fire experience required. Access to a network of PeopleSoft talent that can be tapped for becoming new employees of our company
- Excellent delivery quality assurance and management skills – hands on experience in managing complex proposals, staffing project teams, projects and/or maintenance/support application outsourcing agreements, people care, and client management
- Superior people skills and highly flexible and adaptable to dynamic working environments (e.g., a fast growing small company)
- Proven track record of building quality executive relationships and managing client expectations with quality delivery
- Experience in leading and/or operating in an SEI CMMI Level 4 or Level 5 environment
- Current skills in PeopleSoft HRMS and Financial Modules required. SCM and CRM skills a plus./li>
- Current skills in People Tools
- Current sills in the common report writers including Crystal Reports
- Ability to travel frequently to the USA and work in the USA for extended periods of time

Senior Software Engineer/Lead
Required skills/experience:
- MS in Computer Science from a reputed Indian Institute (no private colleges please) such as IIT, ISI, IISc, Jadavpur University, BITS, BE College
- 5-6 years of experience in software design and development
- At least 3 years of experience in software product development in a leadership role
- At least one year of experience working in product development in a large company or a reputed small company
- Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL or T-SQL on Oracle or SQL server
- Extensive knowledge of OOP in Java or C++
- Knowledge of Lex/Yacc a plus
- Good theoretical knowledge of various aspects of Computer Science. e.g., data management, algorithms, systems and compilers

PeopleSoft® DBA
Required skills/experience:
- 5+ years DBA experience with PeopleSoft® installations running Oracle, SQL Server or DB2
- Database skills
- Experience with data analysis and modeling
- General database maintenance (backup/restore, database objects maintenance (index rebuilds, table analysis))
- Database monitoring for availability and performance tuning (sizing, indexing)
- Install vendor patches and fixes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance problems
- Experience with Data Mover, Application Designer/Object Migrations, and Patches/Fixes

PeopleSoft® Functional Consultant – Financials or HR
Required skills/experience
- 2-8 years PeopleSoft® functional consulting experience with either Financials or HR, Versions 8.x
- Strong domain background (accounting, finance, HR), and functional knowledge of PeopleSoft® Financial or HR Applications
- Full life cycle implementation experience is required

PeopleSoft® Technical Consultant
Required skills/experience
- 2-8 years PeopleSoft® technical consulting experience, preferably with either Financials or HR applications, Versions 8.x
- Proficient in PeopleTools (Application Designer, Peoplecode, SQR, App Engine, Component Interface)
- Experience in analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance of customizations
- Strong troubleshooting skills – bug fixing and performance tuning
- Proficient in SQL statements and Relational Database
- Experience with PeopleSoft® Internet Architecture (web servers, application servers and Process Schedulers)
- Experience with multiple implementation cycles, including at least one major upgrade cycle
